The Answers You Need
What is included in your Day of Coordinating Service?
The rehearsal is covered in the base price of the 8-hour package, while the decoration for both the ceremony and reception is included in the 12-hour package. Please be aware that cleanup is not part of the service, but we can provide that for an additional fee. My decor setup includes table settings, signs, florals, and favors, but we do not handle the setup of tables or chairs. No matter which package you select, we will make sure everything is arranged perfectly to match your vision. Don't hesitate to reach out for a detailed list of our responsibilities as your coordinator.
How much is your cleaning fee?
We determine this fee based on the number of decor items you have and any venue regulations your coordinator must adhere to, such as trash disposal. Cleaning service can be included with any package, starting at a minimum of $150. If you have a large amount of decor, the fee will likely be higher.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! Both coordinators are willing to travel any distance to offer services, whether it's florals or day-of coordination. If your wedding is more than an hour away from your coordinators location, we do require lodging. We will waive the travel fee if the lodging is within 30 minutes of the venue; otherwise, a travel fee will be added to your chosen package.
What is your pricing?
Pricing is based on your specific needs, and we offer fully customizable services. If you require assistance with just a bit of planning rather than our standard package, we can adjust the price accordingly. This flexibility applies to all our packages. Do you take weddings on Sunday's?
We appreciate your understanding, but we won't be able to assist on Sundays as our team observe it as a Sabbath. It's a day dedicated to rest, attending church with and spending time with family. While we value your business, faith is paramount, and it guides the entire teams approach to work. If you need help finding someone else, we're happy to assist!
What does day of coordinating look like?
For a typical wedding, your coordinator usually arrives between 10 and 11 AM, depending on when vendors show up and how much decor needs to be arranged. Your coordinator will welcome vendors as they arrive and direct them to their assigned locations, assist where needed and stay until the reception ends. Most weddings last around 10-12 hours, but there are times when the event extends to 13 hours or more. In those instances, an hourly rate applies for every hour after the 12-hour mark.
What is the hiring process?
To confirm your date, a minimum retainer fee of $200 is necessary, which will be deducted from your total balance, along with a signed contract. Once you choose a package, we will reach out regarding monthly meetings or about four months prior to your event to start collecting details. Don't hesitate to contact your coordinator anytime with questions or if you need advice on anything—we're here to help in any way we can!
Can I combine floral design and coordination or planning?
Yes, you can combine floral design and coordination packages together but only with our coordinator Katelynn. She is the only floral designer and is located in Virginia. It is important to note that she will travel long distances for either and does have family in Georgia to stay with if you are willing to pay for travel.
