The Answers You Need

What is included in your Day of Coordinating Service?

I include the rehearsal in the starting price of the 8 hour package as well as decorating the ceremony and reception spaces in the 12 hour package. I do NOT clean up. I can add that service on with an extra fee. My decor setup includes table settings, signs, florals, and favors. I do NOT set up tables or chairs. I do make sure everything is perfect and all the details are the way YOU want them not matter the package. Please reach out to me for a detailed list of what my responsibilities are as your coordinator.

How much is your cleaning fee?

I try and base this fee of the amount of decor items you have and also any venue regulations I will need to follow such as taking out the trash. My cleaning service can be added onto any package and starts at $150 minimum. If you have a lot of decor then it will most likely be more.

Do you travel?

Yes. I will travel any distance to provide my services for you. Whether is is my floral package or day of coordinating. I require lodging if you are getting married over an hour from my location and I waive the travel fee as long as the lodging is within 30 minutes of the venue. Otherwise, there will be a travel fee added on top of any package.

What is your pricing?

Pricing varies depending on what you need. I provide fully customizable services. If you just need help with a little planning but not my partial package, I can adjust the price to match what you need. Do you take weddings on Sunday's?

I'm sorry but I don't. The reason is, I treat Sunday's as a Sabbath. It is my day of rest. I go to church with my husband and spend the day with family. I don't like denying business but God is more important than anything and He is the center of my whole business. I will help you find someone who can if needed!

What does day of coordinating look like?

For a typical wedding I will arrive around 10 or 11am (depending on when vendors start arriving and how much decor I am setting up). I greet vendors as they arrive and direct them to where they are needed. I will help where needed and stay until the reception ends. Most weddings last 10-12 hours. On occasion there are days I am there for 13 or more hours. In these instances there is an hourly rate for every hour after the 12 hour mark.

What is the hiring process?

I require a $200 retainer fee that goes toward your balance. There is a contract that will need to be signed as well. Next, depending on which package chosen, I will reach out about 6 months out to start gathering details. At 3 months out we are typically in contact every week to discuss the final details of your wedding.
